Once we receive your order, our team begins preparing it for dispatch.
3D-Printed & Hand-Painted Models
Our 3D-printed models are carefully printed, finished, and hand-painted before being packed.
These products generally require 2–3 working days for preparation before dispatch.
We take this additional time to ensure that each model is properly finished and securely packed before shipping.
Other Products
For other products, including Puja Samagri, incense sticks, and other spiritual products, orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day.
Processing time may occasionally take longer during festivals, sales, or periods of high order volume.
2. Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link/details through the contact information provided with your order.
You can use the tracking information to check the current status and progress of your shipment.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
